JEREMY BALL

Principal of Victoria-based Spiral Hospitality Group, Jeremy has over seventeen years of experience working within and consulting to corporations, small businesses, government agencies and not-for-profit organisations.

Partnering with select Human Resource specialists, Spiral Hospitality Group focuses on the cultural, interpersonal, and performance management aspects of organisational effectiveness.

Jeremy left his position as Regional Director of Training & Development/ Learning Coach at Canadian Pacific Hotels in 1999 to form Spiral Learning and consult with organizations in the emerging field of organizational development. Much of his work is conducted in association with John Izzo (author of 'Awakening Corporate Soul' and 'Values Shift') with a focus on assisting organizations enhance their ability to attract and retain excellent workers.

As both an external and internal consultant Jeremy has:

  • Assisted organisations in the Visioning, Strategic Planning, and Objective Setting Processes
  • Designed and facilitated Executive and Leadership retreats
  • Created and led a variety of Team Development events
  • Designed and facilitated Leadership Effectiveness programs
  • Provided extensive leadership coaching
  • Played a leading role in developing Guest Service Cultures within new and existing organisations
  • Established and implemented Performance Management systems
